Split bamboo slat fence
Split bamboo slat screening gives a fine, even, refined finish — bamboo canes split into flat slats and woven onto galvanised wire. The flat face sits neatly against a fence, delivering dense, natural privacy that rolls out in minutes.

The material
A clean, flat split-cane face
Split bamboo slat screening is made by splitting bamboo canes lengthwise into narrow, flat slats, then weaving them side by side onto a galvanised wire framework. The flat face gives a finer, more refined and uniform look than round-cane screening — clean lines that sit flush against a fence or frame.
It's 100% natural bamboo, so every roll carries subtle golden tones and grain variation. Standard rolls come 4 m and 5 m long in heights of 100, 150, 180 and 200 cm, with a choice of weave density (wire every 10 or 20 cm) and a natural or black finish.
Why choose split bamboo slats
- A finer, flatter, more refined face than round bamboo.
- Dense, near-solid privacy that fixes over any fence or frame.
- Four heights (100–200 cm) and 4 m / 5 m rolls.
- Choice of weave density and natural or black colour.
- 100% natural bamboo — warm, light and easy to fit.
Where it works
- Garden and terrace boundaries.
- Covering a tired wire or panel fence.
- Balconies and roof terraces.
- Zoning a patio or seating area.
- Courtyards and contemporary gardens.
